Through our partnership with Folsom’s Hope we have the opportunity to help families in our community during the Christmas season.

On Sunday, December 1st, you can choose a family to “adopt.” Each family completes a wish list that includes detailed information for each family member, a few items that meet some basic needs, as well as some fun gifts they would like for Christmas. You can adopt a family on your own or join with some friends and adopt a family as a group. Join us on December 1st or email michelle@disciples.church for more information.
