Disciples Church is continuing our annual partnership with HART of Folsom to offer temporary, emergency shelter for homeless people in Folsom this winter. From February 4-10, 2024 Disciples Church will host the shelter in our building.

There are several ways you can volunteer to help during this week: greeting guests as they arrive, providing food for dinner or breakfast, staying overnight with the guests, and many other ways. We will hold a volunteer training session after church on January 28th at 11:30AM in the Small Auditorium. Lunch will be provided. The training is not mandatory but is recommended, especially if this will be your first time volunteering.
